1.Rooms Only

2. Self Check-In and When Get Codes
Self check-in details, including entry and key codes, will be sent by 09:00 on your arrival day for your security and privacy.
Please check your messages via your booking channel or WhatsApp on the day of arrival.
3. Room Information
To help avoid any disappointment, you may view full details about your room — including images, floor level, layout, view, and bathroom type at website amblesiderooms co uk
If the room doesn’t meet your preferences, you are welcome to cancel (subject to your booking’s cancellation policy) or rebook another room, depending on availability.
4.How to Find Us
Set your Sat Nav to: Log House, LA22 0DN – we are located directly opposite The Log House.
Alternatively, you may temporarily set your Sat Nav to Low Fold Park, Ambleside, and complete check-in first.
Please refer to the attached location map for assistance with directions. If you did not receive the location map image please email or whatsapp to us.
5. Parking
We have 18 parking spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
If none are available, please try:
• Low Fold Car Park (you may Google tariff. From 8PM to 8 AM free)
• Download Park4Night app to find nearby free parking
6. Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in: From 16:00
• Check-out: By 10:00
7. Early Check-In
You may check in after 13:00 each day.
• If your room is ready, you may go straight in.
• If not, you’re welcome to drop off your luggage and check in later.
8. Late Check-Out
If you require a late check-out, please message us on the day of departure so we can inform our housekeeper.
A fee may apply for unreasonably late check-outs.

Please note that we provide high-quality feather duvets and pillows in all rooms.
We do not offer non-feather alternatives.
If this presents a concern due to allergies or personal preference, we kindly ask that you either make your own arrangements or cancel your booking within the applicable cancellation policy
12. Shared Facilities
Indoor Lounge & Outdoor Pergola
You are welcome to use the lounge and pergola areas. Please help us keep them tidy for the comfort of all guests.

13. Tea, Coffee, & Toilet Rolls Top Up
Plenty in room. If need top up, available in the lounge — feel free to help yourself.
14. Iron & Ironing Board
Also available in the lounge. Kindly return after use for the next guest.
15. Fridge & Freezer
Located in the lounge. Please label your items with your room number for identification.
16. House Rules

• Cancellations and refunds follow your original booking policy
Please be aware that any breach of house rules may result in denied entry or termination of the stay without refund. We kindly ask all guests to respect the rules to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation
17. Keys and Cards Return
Please return the keys and cards to the key safe box where you originally collected them after check-out.
18. Luggage Storage after Check out
As a self check-in property, we unfortunately do not have space for luggage storage on-site. For your convenience, we suggest checking services available at Windermere Station, where local providers offer luggage storage options.
19. Valuables
We do not have facilities for storing valuables. We kindly recommend keeping your personal belongings secure and with you at all times.
20. Drying room
Please note that we do not have a drying room for wet clothes or shoes. We recommend bringing suitable drying solutions if needed, especially during wetter seasons
21. In Room Items
All items in the room are checked and provided prior to your arrival.
If you find anything missing or damaged upon check-in, please let us know immediately so we can supply, repair, or replace it as needed
22. Lost Items
Lost items will be kept for 30 days. After this period, unclaimed items may be discarded or donated to charity.
Please note that we do not offer postal mailing services. However, guests are welcome to arrange door-to-door collection and delivery through providers such as DPD or other couriers.
If you believe you have left something behind, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange collection.
23. CCTV
Please note that CCTV is in operation both inside and outside the building for security purposes.
This is to help ensure the safety of all guests and the property.
24. Special Occasions
As a self check-in property, we’re unfortunately unable to arrange in-room services for special occasions, such as balloons or a bottle of wine.
However, if you would like to arrange a delivery in advance, we’re happy to assist with placing it in the room—provided prior notice is given and delivery is made directly to the property
